We recognize that our high-quality Resellers invest time and resources to deliver an extraordinary customer experience through knowledgeable staff and compelling presentation. To support our Resellers’ efforts, Warn has established a new Authorized Online Reseller policy.

WHY WAS MY COMPANY NOT CHOSEN?

We surveyed our WD and direct partners prior to launching the program to establish the initial list of authorized resellers. We are starting out the program with these select partners and will potentially add additional authorized online reseller in the future. All future updates will be reflected on the authorized dealer list.

WHY IS THE AUTHORIZED RETAILER NETWORK IMPORTANT?

Warn products may only be sold online by Warn Authorized Resellers. This changed approach will allow us to work more closely with select partners while maintaining our UMP policy. (View the UMP Policy here.)

DOES THIS EFFECT MY WHOLESALE BUSINESS?

This program impacts your sales to online retailers who are NOT on the authorized reseller list. Your Wholesale business to Jobbers and Installers is not impacted. Program limits online resellers only.

DOES THIS COVER TERRITORY OUTSIDE OF THE US AND CANADA?

This agreement currently covers only US and Canada.

WHAT ABOUT AMAZON.COM, WALMART.COM OR EBAY RESELLERS?

We have a few resellers that have been authorized to sell on Amazon. We are not authorizing any sales on Walmart.com or ebay platforms.

WILL THE LIST OF AUTHORIZED RESELLERS CHANGE?

Yes, we will potentially add or subtract companies as they are approved or removed.

DOES THE RED LETTER PROGRAM GRANT ME ACCESS TO SELL ONLINE?

HOW DOES MY WD KNOW IF I’M AUTHORIZED TO SELL WARN PRODUCTS ONLINE?

All approved authorized resellers are listed on the website. We have also shared this list with our WD partners.

DOES THIS TO APPLY TO BRICK AND MORTAR SALES?

No, this is online sales only.

DOES THIS EFFECT THE UMP PROGRAM?

All customers online or other must adhere to the UMP program.

DO I NEED TO RENEW EACH YEAR?

No. Your contract is dated for 1-year and will auto renew if you are in good standing each year.

WHAT ARE THE KEY DATES OF THE PROGRAM?

The program is effective starting Nov 1, 2024.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF AUTHORIZED ONLINE RESELLERS?

All authorized online resellers must abide by the terms of the authorized online resellers network and the UMP program.

DOES THIS PROGRAM ALLOW ME THE BUY DIRECT FROM WARN?

No. You must buy through your WD.

HOW DO I APPLY TO BE AN AUTHORIZED ONLINE RESELLER IN THE FUTURE?

Once we get stabilization of the market and our program, we will post an online merchant application that can be filled out and submitted for approval. Applications will be reviewed and merchants will be added at our discretion.
